Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching calls are 60 minutes over Zoom, scheduled on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM Mountain Time (1:00 PM Eastern). The dates are January 22, January 29, February 5, and February 12.

If you join by January 12, you also get a BONUS coaching call on Wednesday, January 15 at 11:00 AM Mountain time to get started early!

If you can’t join the calls live, you’ll be able to watch the replays at your convenience.

This program supports a healthy weight balance by focusing on meeting your underlying needs so you’re not turning to food. We’re using an Intuitive Eating approach, so the focus is not on weight loss specifically. Some people do see a change in their body, depending on where you’re starting.
